BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors is a policy-making body of the Chamber of Commerce. The Board consists of 12 directors, including the immediate past president.

The Executive Committee is comprised of five members of the Board of Directors: president, vice-president, second vice president and treasurer. The Chamber director serves on the Executive Committee in an advisory capacity.

The Board meets on the third Monday of every month, at noon, and the Executive Committee meets on the second Monday of the month at noon, or as needed..
